Dr. H. Joseph "Chick" Marshall, Managing Partner, is a respected and highly acclaimed leader in the field of human behavior. For over 15 years, he has helped develop top performing companies and individuals in the financial services industry, while consulting with a diverse range of winning clients in other areas of business: Bob Lutz (while Vice Chairman of Chrysler Corporation), GenCorp, Heinz Corporation, and the Superbowl champion Green Bay Packers. His research and consulting in performance, motivation and coaching, strategic problem-solving, and leadership have earned him an impressive portfolio of global clientele who count on his insight and experience to achieve tangible and measurable results.

Named from more than 6,000 international consultants by TTI Performance Systems as one of the world’s top 25 consultants on behavior and values, he is a recognized authority in the application of behavioral profiling and self-assessment tools. He has been featured in On Wall Street, Financial Planning, and Banking/Investment/Marketing magazines for his use of creative technologies for seizing opportunities and meeting challenges in sales, marketing, customer service, and operations. In 2000, he became a guest lecturer for the annual Securities Industry Association (SIA) Institute at the Wharton School of Business, presenting his signature workshop designed to increase sales and market share through high-net-worth psychology.  Dr. Marshall graduated Cum Laude from Bowdoin College and recieved his PhD Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Gabrielle Jenkins

Gabrielle Jenkins, Managing Partner, is a business professional with 15 years of diverse experience in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial environments in public and privately held organizations spanning the retail, supply chain, and financial services industries. 

Prior to joining RM Boston, Gabrielle served as President of Bridenbaugh Partners Inc., a consulting firm that helps companies maximize their return on their biggest investment, their people, utilizing such tools as consulting, behavior and value assessments, job analysis training and development .

For 9 years, Gabrielle served as member of the Senior Management team of a privately held wholesale distributor.  During her tenure, the company’s revenue size grew from $90 million to $380 million with a growth in employment of 225 to over 600. Her expertise is in leadership growth and maximizing employee ROI. 

 

Gabrielle spent the initial portion of her career as an HR Professional leading recruitment, compensation, training and organizational development programs for a number of growing firms.  She lead, developed and implemented programs focused on Talent Management, Sales force Effectiveness and Leadership Development which resulted in significant growth in sales, productivity and profitability.

 

She is a graduate of Lehigh University and a Certified Professional Behavior, Values and Attributes Analyst.  She has lead lectures in a variety of public forums including the Association for Corporate Growth, Technology Capital Network at MIT, and the CEO Place. 

 

Edward S. Amazeen
 
Ted Amazeen has over 35 years of senior management experience in banking, financial services, business consulting, software and healthcare. He has conducted several dozen CEO and other senior level searches for banks and other financial institutions, served as Chairman of the Board of a large community hospital, South Shore Hospital, located in suburban Boston, founded a New Hampshire-based software company, EDSI, Inc, that developed and sold software to over 150 banks, and has worked with several community-based groups throughout the country to launch “de novo” commercial banks. 
 
Earlier in his career, Ted was with The First National Bank of Boston where he oversaw the bank’s credit card, small business lending, consumer finance and supermarket banking activities. Subsequent to that, he was recruited by Deutsche Telekom, the large German-based telecommunications company, to serve as a Director and President/CEO of an emerging “dotcom” company, PlanetPortal, and also was hired by The Thomson Company, a $7 billion publishing company, as Executive Vice President, to convert an internal consulting group into a market-driven unit and, ultimately, to assist in selling that business to a private group. 
 
Ted was formerly a director of The Amherst Group, a payment services company headquartered in Cambridge, MA and Amherst, NH, was a director of EDSI, Inc. and PlanetPortal. He chaired the Consumer Bankers’ Association Legislative Committee and served on the Bankcard Committee of the American Bankers’ Association. He also served as a Trustee of Thayer Academy, in Braintree, MA and as Chairman of the South Shore Health & Educational Foundation. 
 
Ted holds a B.A degree from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps (Reserves).

 

Wendy Callahan

 

Wendy has over 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience.   Wendy has used her creative energy in to manage and drive top performing sales teams.  Wendy began her career  in sports marketing, gained global business development experience while working on marketing and hospitality programs for the Olympic Games and World Cup Soccer. Her sales career began at DWA, a recruitment advertising agency in the Boston area, where Wendy was a top performer.  She worked with many diverse companies in different industries including healthcare,high-tech, financial services and biotech.

 

Graduating Suma Cum Laude with a MFA from Syracuse University and Cum Laude from Ball State University with an Masters in Fine Arts,

 

Elizabeth Krauss

 

Elizabeth Krauss, consultant, joined Resource Management of Boston in January of 2006.  She has fifteen years of Marketing and Strategic Planning experience, both in business line and consulting roles.  Her strengths include formulating sound business plans and generating results through high-performing teams that are empowered and accountable. 

 

Before joining the firm, Liz was Managing Director of Corporate Marketing and Planning at State Street Research & Management Company.  While there, she worked closely with Resource Management Boston on several key accomplishments:

  • Combined marketing support functions across the Retail and Institutional channels, generating 40% cost reduction with enhanced materials. 
  • Forged a close relationship with both Sales teams, creating unprecedented feedback loops with Marketing.
  • Relaunched the firm-wide brand with high-impact, consistent messaging. 
  • Developed and launched multiple new products and programs using cross-functional teams.

Liz's past experiences include positions with Fidelity Investments and Bain & Company.  She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College.  She also holds a number of financial industry securities licenses. 

 

James Marshall

 

Mr. Marshall joined Resource Management of Boston in 2004.  He is a graduate of the College of Social Sciences at Florida State University and will be recieving his MBA with a concentration in real estate development from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University in the Fall of 2009.  Mr. Marshall is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst and a Certified Professional Attributes Analyst.
