The American with Disabilities Act and the MMPI

Appeals related to the MMPI and its violation of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Because the MMPI is a clinically designed test, its use in the workplace is inappropriate and we at RMBoston will only provide assessments that do not violate the ADA or Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC).

We fully stand behind our TriMetrix Job assessment because each of its 37 competencies are job-related. None of the factors measured by the TriMetrix assessments are in violation of either the EEOC or ADA.
